About

Hi, I’m Sasha Krotova, LCSW — I Help Women Heal, Grow, and Feel More at Home in Themselves

I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in working with women who have learned to put everyone else’s needs before their own. Many of my clients grew up feeling emotionally unseen or overly responsible for their parents, often leading to self-doubt, people-pleasing, and trouble trusting their own feelings.

My passion is helping you make sense of your past and discover who you truly are. Together, we’ll explore the root of your struggles with gentleness and curiosity — so you can finally feel more grounded, connected, and at ease.

I practice therapy that’s collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply attuned to your unique story.
Using an attachment-focused lens, I apply experiential modalities such that depth-oriented therapies that aim to help clients process underlying emotional or implicit material that drives our distress or symptoms that keep us from finding personal emotional balance:

Brainspotting

Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy

Coherence Therapy

…to help you move beyond surface-level symptoms and experience lasting change.

More than anything, my goal is to offer a warm, safe, and accepting space where you can show up as you truly are — and grow into the version of yourself you want to be.

My approach

Human to Human.

We go at your pace, without judgment or pressure, just curiosity.

  1. You’ll feel heard, validated, and supported — not analyzed.

  2. Sessions feel more like conversations than clinical assessments, I will help guide our clarity and focus on the symptoms you want to change.

  3. Together we’ll identify your patterns and help you make real, meaningful changes.

  4. wth Humor, tears and all in between…getting caught in the mess of the human experience together!
