Here you’ll find my current rates, payment options, and policies. My goal is to make this process as straightforward as possible so we can focus on the real work of therapy.

  • My rates are between $150-200 per service.

    • Payment is due at the time of service.

    • I accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards through a secure, HIPAA-compliant payment system.

  • I only accept the following insurances:

    • Blue Cross of Idaho

A Note on Insurance Policy / Out of Network Policy

    •  They will have access to your records, and you are required to have a diagnosis on file that other providers you are in your network can have access to.

    • Length and treatment modality of your counseling may be dictated by your insurance company.

    • May leave you with a bill or disruption of services if insurance companies dictate treatment and choose to not pay your provider.

    • Do I have mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible and has it been met?

    • How many counseling sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

    • What is the coverage amount per therapy session/what is my out of pocket portion?

    • Is pre-approval required to access counseling services?

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your insurance coverage, and you will be billed directly if there is a disruption to your coverage at any time. Services will be paused or stopped until your balance is paid in full if there is a disruption in your insurance coverage and/or payment to provider.

Sasha ultimately believes in her clients’ privacy and in the advocacy of receiving services specifically tailored to the client with no Insurance meddling. Insurance companies can at anytime pull to review client records, dictate treatment modalities, session lengths, and withhold provider payment or client reimbursement for sessions provided at anytime.
